    Problems uploading content to EasyWeb

    What to do if images won't upload — common causes and fixes.

    Sometimes, when working with the builder, you may have trouble uploading images, videos or text. Below are the main causes and fixes.

    File format and size

    Make sure your files meet the technical requirements:

    • Images: only jpeg, jpg, png, up to 2 MB.

    • Video (the “Mini video” block): only mp4, up to 10 MB.

    • Video (the “Video” block): loaded from YouTube — you only need to paste the correct video ID.

    💡 Tip: if a file is too big, compress it before uploading. For example, tinypng.com for images or clideo.com/compress-video for videos.

    Important about video format

    Even if a file has the .mp4 extension and a suitable size, that doesn't guarantee it really meets all the browser and builder requirements. In 90% of cases, video upload errors happen because of the wrong internal codec, even if the file looks fine.

    Before uploading, we strongly recommend running the video through a converter. This helps:

    • make sure the file really is .mp4;

    • reduce its size;

    • make the video compatible with all browsers.

    The browser or plugins block the upload

    • We recommend working in Google Chrome or Firefox.

    • Avoid Safari, as it sometimes blocks video uploads.

    • VPN, AdBlock, Grammarly or other plugins can get in the way of uploading — turn them off for a while.

    Problems with text content

    • Text won't load or breaks the block? You may have pasted hidden characters (especially when copying from other sites or documents).

    • To clean the text, paste it into Google Translate or a plain text editor first, and only then into the builder.

    The system froze or nothing happens

    • Click “Done”, then “Edit template” again — this refreshes the editor.

    • If the problem remains, reload the builder page.

    • Didn't help? Clear the browser cache or try from another device.

    Still not working?

    Write to support and include:

    • A link to your landing page.
    • Which content exactly won't upload.
    • A screenshot or video of the problem.
