Adding domains
How to add a domain to EasyWeb.
The “Domains” section becomes available automatically on the Start plan. On other plans this section is hidden.
Once Premium is active, you can add a domain in two ways. You choose the way with the buttons at the top of the page: “Buy domain” or “Park domain”.
Buying a domain
Buying a domain in EasyWeb comes in two formats.
1. Instant purchase
The service has a list of domains in the “Instant purchase” section. These are new domains that haven't been used before, are already connected to EasyWeb and are ready to work right after purchase.
Once bought, such a domain instantly appears in the “Domains” section and is ready for a landing page.
2. Searching for and buying your own domain
You can buy a domain in any available domain zone. To do this:
- Enter the domain name you want without the domain zone.
- Click “Search”.
- The system shows the available domain zones for that name.
- Choose the zone you need and complete the purchase.
After the purchase:
- the domain is added to the “Domains” section automatically;
- the system connects an SSL certificate automatically;
- once setup is done, the domain status changes to “Ready for a landing page”;
- the domain becomes available to choose in the “Landing pages” section.
Domain auto-renewal
Domain auto-renewal is handled by the GoDaddy domain registrar.
To renew your domain, sign up with the GoDaddy registrar and ask EasyWeb support to transfer the domain to your GoDaddy account.
Then, in your GoDaddy account, you can turn on domain auto-renewal.
Parking your own domain
You can connect a domain bought from any other registrar. To do this:
Click “Park domain”.
Enter the full domain name (for example: site.com).
Click “Connect”.
After that:
the domain is added to EasyWeb;
you'll see a list of NS servers to set at your registrar;
you need to change the NS records in the domain settings at your registrar.
⚠️ Changing NS records can take from 15 minutes to 24 hours.
The system automatically:
checks for the NS update;
issues an SSL certificate once connected successfully;
changes the domain status to “Ready”.
