Forwarding orders to Key CRM
How to integrate an EasyWeb landing page with Key CRM to keep track of orders.
Step 1: Sync the products
In Key CRM, go to “Catalog → Products”.
If the product isn't there yet, create it: enter the name, weight and dimensions, price and, necessarily, the SKU (for example, 10-0-1).
Go to EasyWeb → “Landing pages → Products” and open the product you need.
On the “Integrations” tab, find Key CRM and paste the same SKU.
Click “Save”.
Step 2: Connect the integration
Open Key CRM → “Settings → General”.
Scroll down and click “Generate API key”, then save and copy it.
Go back to EasyWeb, the “Integrations” section, paste the API key into the Key CRM field and click “Connect”.
Step 3: Add an order source
In Key CRM, go to “Settings → Sources”.
Click “Add new”.
Enter a name and choose the source type.
Click “Add”.
Step 4: Turn it on for the landing page
Go to the list of landing pages and choose the one you need.
Open the settings → the “Integrations” section and tick Key CRM.
Save the changes.
If the landing page uses only the “Button / Order form” block, the CRM receives the product set in the landing page settings. If it's a catalog landing page with two or more products (the “Products” block), all products on the landing page appear in the integration settings automatically, so no order is missed. If a product has no ID filled in, its field is highlighted — fill it in and click “Save”.
Check
Leave a test order on the landing page and open the “Sales” section in Key CRM — the order should appear there. If it's there, the integration is connected successfully.
If you publish the landing page on your own hosting, after connecting the integration you need to download the archive again and upload it to the hosting once more — the changes won't get there automatically. That's why we recommend EasyWeb's built-in hosting: all changes apply there instantly.
