Team: working together in an EasyWeb account

How to add admins and managers to your account, what access they have and how to send orders to the whole team's Telegram.

Team lets you invite other EasyWeb users to your account. Each member works under their own login — no need to share your password, and access can be taken away in one click.

You choose a role for each member: an admin works with landing pages, domains, orders and integrations, and a manager sees only orders. Account settings, the plan and payment always stay with you alone.

    What a team is for

    Order processing manager

Sees all new orders in the “Orders” section and gets them in their Telegram, but can't change landing pages or settings.

    Ad specialist or marketer

As an admin, edits landing pages, connects pixels and domains and publishes changes — without your password.

    Agencies and freelancers

Work in several client accounts from one login of their own and switch between them in the Workspace block.

¹ If your plan includes free downloads or the account's internal balance has funds, the download cost is charged to your balance. Only the owner can top up the balance.

A member works with your data: landing pages they create or publish belong to your account and count toward your plan's limits, and orders from them come to you.

    Which plans include a team

How many members you can add on each plan (the owner isn't counted)
    • Premium — up to 3 members, Business — up to 10. The account owner isn't counted.

    • An invite that hasn't been accepted yet also takes a place in the team.

    • On the Free and Start plans, the “Team” page opens, but the “Add” button is inactive.

    • If the subscription isn't renewed on time, the account is treated as Free for a while — members get access back after payment.

How to add a member to the team

    1. The member signs up for EasyWeb and sends you their ID

Any EasyWeb account works, even one created via Telegram. The ID is shown in the left menu of the dashboard — under the name and avatar, with a copy button next to it. Read more — Account management.

    2. Open the “Team” section and click “Add”

Enter the user's ID and choose a role. The member appears in the table with the “Awaiting confirmation” status. Their login (email or Telegram account) becomes visible once they accept the invite.

Enter the user ID and choose a role

    3. The member accepts the invite

There's no need to send emails or messages: after signing in, the member sees a notice about the invite, and a marked Workspace block appears above their name in the left menu. There they can accept or decline the invite.

    4. Done — the member has access

The status changes to “Active”. Next to “Team” in the menu you see how many people you've added, and above the table — how many of your plan's places are taken.

How to work in the owner's Workspace

Workspace is the account you're working in right now. After signing in, you always land in your own Workspace. To go to a team, open the Workspace block above your name and choose the owner you need.

In someone else's Workspace the background color changes, and the menu shows only your role's sections
    • The dashboard background changes color, and the header shows “Workspace: owner's name” — so you won't mix up someone else's account with your own.

    • The menu shows only the sections of your role. The avatar, name and ID in the menu are yours, while the plan, days and balance in the header are the owner's.

    • To change your profile, connect the Telegram bot or manage your own plan, go back to your own Workspace.

    • You can leave a team in the same Workspace block — with the “Leave the team” button under the name of that Workspace.

Sending orders to the team's Telegram

Orders from a landing page can be sent not only to your Telegram but also to team members — for example, the managers who process them. Each member gets orders in their own Telegram.

    1. The member connects the Telegram bot in their Workspace

In their own Workspace: “Integrations” → “Telegram bot” → “Connect”. Step-by-step guide — Forwarding orders to the Telegram bot. On the “Team” page, a “Connected” mark appears next to the member.

    2. Turn on “Team Telegram” on the landing page

Open the landing page for editing, tick “Team Telegram” in the “Send orders to” block, click “+ Add member” and choose who gets the orders. You can remove a member from the list with the cross next to their name. Save the landing page. Both the owner and an admin can set up the list.

    3. Orders reach the members

The message starts with the line “Team: owner's name” — so a member who works in several teams or has their own landing pages sees right away where the order came from. The set of fields in the message is the same as in your Telegram.

The member sees which team the order came from

    Good to know

    • “Team Telegram” works independently of your own Telegram: you can turn it on even if you don't receive orders in Telegram yourself.
    • If “EasyWeb” is turned off, orders are sent to Telegram but aren't saved in the “Orders” section — neither you nor the managers will see them in the dashboard.
    • The option is available on the Premium and Business plans. On Free and Start the block is shown with a lock, and after a downgrade sending stops — the settings are kept and start working again as soon as you get the plan back.
    • For a landing page on EasyWeb hosting, changes take effect right after saving. If the landing page is installed on your own hosting, download the archive and install it again.

    Managing the team

    • Change role — the pencil icon next to the member's role. The new role applies from the member's next action.

    • Remove a member or cancel an invite — the trash icon. The member immediately loses access to your Workspace and stops getting your orders in Telegram.

    • Leave the team — a member can do this themselves in their Workspace block.

    Frequently asked questions

Does a team member need a paid plan?

No. A free EasyWeb account is enough for a member. In the owner's Workspace, the owner's plan and limits apply; in their own Workspace — their own.

Can a member see my payments and balance?

In the dashboard header, a member sees the name of your plan, the days until renewal and the balance, but can't change the plan or top up the balance. Payment history, account settings and the “Team” page aren't available to them.

Can an admin buy a domain or change the plan at my expense?

No. Buying domains and changing the plan are available only to the owner. An admin can park their own domain, get a free subdomain and download the landing page archive — if your plan includes free downloads or the internal balance has funds.

Can one person be in several teams?

Yes. All teams you've been invited to appear in the Workspace block, and you can switch between them. Your own Workspace always stays yours.

What happens if I downgrade my plan?

Members aren't removed — they stay in the list on the “Team” page. If the new plan allows fewer members, the most recently added lose access first; on the Free and Start plans no member has access. Sending orders to “Team Telegram” stops for them too. When you get the plan back, access is restored automatically.

A manager viewed an order — will the new orders mark disappear for me?

Yes. The “viewed” status is shared across the whole account: if anyone on the team opened a new order, the new orders counter goes down for everyone.

A member doesn't get orders in Telegram — what to check?

Make sure the member connected the Telegram bot in the “Integrations” section of their own Workspace, that “Team Telegram” is turned on on the landing page and they're in the list, that the landing page is saved, and that the member's status on the “Team” page is “Active”. If the landing page is on your own hosting, download and install the archive again.

How to take access away from a member quickly?

Click the trash icon next to the member on the “Team” page. Access to your Workspace and sending orders to their Telegram stop immediately.
