Analytics and order statuses
How to track orders by status, see the visitors, turnover and profit of your landing pages, count your ad spend and get a daily Telegram report.
💡 EasyWeb has a built-in mini CRM and analytics. In «Orders» every order has a status, and «Analytics» shows how many people visited the landing page, how many clicked «Order», how many ordered, the turnover and how much you earned — for each landing page or all of them together.
What the analytics shows
Order statuses — from «New» to «Completed», right in the orders table and in Telegram.
Visitors and «Order» clicks — visitors unique per day, every click counted, bots excluded.
Orders and turnover per day: all, completed, cancelled, returned.
Profit — from the cost price of your products.
The sales funnel and the conversion at every step.
Order sources by UTM tags — which campaign brings sales.
Ad spend, cost per order (CPA) and ROAS.
A daily Telegram report at 20:00.
Order statuses
In «Orders» there's a «Status» column after the ID. Click an order's status and choose a new one — it's saved right away.
| Created | ID | Status | Name | Product | Total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 04.11 · 14:00 | 52677 | New | Olena K.— new, not seen yet | Smart thermo mug | 1 290 | |
| 04.11 · 13:02 | 52676 | In progress
| Andrii P. | Smart thermo mug | 2 580 | |
| 04.11 · 12:04 | 52675 | Completed | Maria S. | Smart thermo mug | 1 290 |
New — the order has just come in. Every new order gets it.
In progress — a manager has contacted the buyer and is sorting out the details.
Shipped — the product has been sent, the buyer hasn't received it yet.
Completed — the buyer received and paid for the product.
Returned — the buyer didn't pick up the parcel or sent the product back.
Cancelled — cancelled before shipping: refusal, duplicate, test.
Turnover counts every status except «Returned» and «Cancelled». «Completed turnover» counts «Completed» only.
Status filter. Click the «Status» column title — the list shows how many orders each status has. Choose a status to show only those orders, for example only the new ones.
New orders are bold. Orders you haven't seen yet are shown in bold while the page is open.
Older orders
Orders that came in before statuses appeared have no status: the table shows «—» for them, and the filter has them under «No status». Give them a status by hand if you need to. The status chart shows them in grey.
Deleting orders
To remove the test orders you placed yourself while setting up a landing page, click the bin at the start of the row and confirm.
⚠️ A deleted order disappears from the table and the analytics for good — it can't be restored. The account owner and team admins can delete orders, managers can't.
Changing the status from Telegram
If your orders come to Telegram (how to connect it), every new order message has status buttons. Press one — the status is saved in your account and the current one gets a ✅.
The buttons work in your chat and in the chats of team members who get the orders.
Only messages that came after statuses appeared have the buttons. Older messages stay without them.
If you change the status in your account, the tick in the Telegram message stays as it was — the current status is always in «Orders».
Opening the analytics
In the dashboard menu choose «Analytics» — right below «Orders».
In the list on the left choose a landing page or keep «All landing pages»: the numbers are then summed for the whole account, marketplace orders included.
Choose the period: today, 7, 30 or 90 days, or «Custom» with dates. The default is the last 30 days.
Every number and chart on the page follows the chosen landing page and period. Days are counted in Kyiv time.
The numbers
On top are the numbers for today against yesterday, below — for the chosen period against the previous period of the same length (for example, the last 30 days against the 30 days before them). A green ▲ means the number grew, a red ▼ — it dropped.
Visitors — unique visitors of the landing page per day: someone who comes several times a day counts once.
Clicked «Order» — how many times a button that starts an order was pressed: every press (see below).
Orders — all orders of the period, in any status.
Turnover — the sum of the orders (price × quantity), except cancelled and returned ones.
Completed turnover — the sum of completed orders only: the money you actually got.
Conversion — orders ÷ visitors. Only landing pages that count visits are taken.
Expected and completed profit — (price − cost price) × quantity, see «Cost price and profit».
Ad spend, cost per order, ROAS, profit after ads — appear once you enter your ad spend.
Sums are counted in the currency most orders of the period came in. If some orders are in another currency, a note under the turnover chart says how many are left out of the sums.

A table instead of a chart
The «Table» button in the corner of every chart shows the same numbers as a table — handy to check or copy them.
How visits and «Order» clicks are counted
The counter is built into a landing page when you publish it on our hosting — on a free subdomain or on your own domain connected to EasyWeb.
⚠️ Landing pages published earlier start counting visits once republished: open the landing page and publish it again. Landing pages downloaded as an archive and installed on another hosting don't count visits — their orders still show in the analytics.
A visitor counts once a day, even if they reload the page. All page views are in the visits chart's table.
Search engines and other bots aren't counted.
Your own visits count too, so after launching ads don't open the landing page without a reason.
Clicked «Order» — how many times a button that starts an order was pressed. Every press counts: a visitor who pressed «Order» 5 times makes 5 — it shows how interested people are. These buttons count:
the submit button of an order form;
«Order» in the catalogue, which opens the product form;
«Add to cart» and «Checkout» in the cart;
a link or button that leads to a block with an order form.
Your own button in the «Code» block
If you added your own button with the «Code» block, give it the data-ew-order attribute — presses on it will count too.
Sales funnel
The funnel shows the buyer's path: visitors → clicked «Order» → orders → completed, and next to each step — the share that got there from the previous one. In the funnel everyone who clicked «Order» counts once a day, so this step is never bigger than the visitors.
- Visitors3 516
- Clicked «Order»57516,4% of the previous step
- Orders15326,6% of the previous step
- Completed6945,1% of the previous step
How to read it: few «Order» clicks — work on the offer, the price and the first screen. Many clicks but few orders — make the form simpler. Many orders but few completed — check how orders are handled and how many parcels aren't picked up. More tips in «How to make a site that actually sells?».
Order sources (UTM)
The table shows orders by the utm_source and utm_campaign tags: how many orders, how many completed and the turnover of each campaign. The tags come from the link the buyer followed to the landing page — add them to the links in your ads. See «How to analyze traffic?».
Cost price and profit
To see your real profit and not only the turnover, enter the cost price of a product — what one item costs you: purchase, packing, etc. Open the product in «Products» and fill in «Cost price». Buyers don't see it.
Profit of an order = (price − cost price) × quantity. So discounts, variation prices and the number of items are taken into account.
Expected profit — all orders except cancelled and returned ones.
Completed profit — completed orders only: the money you've already earned.
The cost price is saved in the order when it comes in. If you change the product's cost price later, the profit of past orders stays the same. Orders without a cost price aren't counted in the profit — the analytics tells you how many there are.
Ad spend, cost per order and ROAS
In «Ad spend» enter what you spent on ads that day: the date, the amount, the channel (Facebook, TikTok, Google…) and the landing page. You can add several entries a day — for example one per channel.
Number | Formula | Example |
|---|---|---|
Cost per order (CPA) | spend ÷ orders | 7 100 ₴ ÷ 153 = 46 ₴ |
ROAS | turnover ÷ spend | 174 150 ₴ ÷ 7 100 ₴ = 24.5 |
Profit after ads | expected profit − spend | 72 900 ₴ − 7 100 ₴ = 65 800 ₴ |
A wrong entry can be deleted with the bin in the spend list.
Daily Telegram report
Turn on «Daily Telegram report» at the bottom of the analytics page — every evening at 20:00 the bot sends the day's results for all landing pages: visitors, «Order» clicks, orders, turnover, conversion and the landing pages with the most orders.
The report comes with paid plans.
It's sent to the chat your orders come to, so connect Telegram first.
On a day without visits and orders no report is sent.

Questions and answers
Why are visits 0?
The counter appears once the landing page is published on our hosting. Publish it again and open it in a browser — the visits show in the analytics right away. Downloaded landing pages on another hosting don't count visits.
Why are there more orders than visitors?
Orders come from every source — landing pages, downloaded ones included, and the marketplace — while visits only from landing pages on our hosting. That's why the funnel's conversion takes only landing pages that count visits.
Are orders that go only to a CRM counted?
No. The analytics has the orders that come to EasyWeb or Telegram. If a landing page sends orders only to a CRM, they go straight there. Turn on forwarding to EasyWeb — here's how.
The status changed in my CRM — why not in EasyWeb?
Statuses from CRMs aren't synced automatically yet — change them in «Orders» or with the Telegram buttons.
Do buyers see the cost price?
No. Only you and your team's admins see it.
