How do I sell on the EasyWeb marketplace?
List products from your account on easy-web.io/market: buyers find them in the catalogue and on Google and order directly from you.
💡 The EasyWeb marketplace is a catalogue of EasyWeb sellers' products at easy-web.io/market. You list the products you have already created in your account, and buyers find them in the marketplace catalogue and on Google and order directly from you.
What is the EasyWeb marketplace?
The EasyWeb marketplace is a shared storefront where products from different sellers are grouped into categories: electronics, home and garden, clothing, beauty, kids' products and more. Buyers search for a product, compare prices and reviews, add items to the cart and check out without signing up.
Every order goes to the seller — to the same place as the leads from your landing pages: the Orders section, Telegram or a CRM. You confirm the order, ship the product and get paid yourself.
Benefits for sellers
No separate website needed. The name, photos, price, description, specifications and variations come from the products already in your account.
Buyers from search. Product, category and shop pages are optimized for Google: proper titles, product structured data, prices and ratings, a sitemap.
Orders where you want them. EasyWeb, Telegram, LP-CRM, 7Leads, Sales Drive or Key CRM — just like orders from landing pages.
Reviews and rating. Only people who actually ordered can leave a review, so buyers trust them.
A shop page. Logo, description, contacts, working hours, delivery, payment and return terms and all your products on one page.
Sales tools. A sale timer next to the price, a product story with blocks, view and order statistics, paid promotion to the TOP.
No commission on orders. You use the marketplace within your plan and pay for promotion only if you want it.
Who can sell?
The marketplace is available on paid plans. The number of products you can list at the same time depends on your plan — you can see it at the top of the My shop section. Compare plans on the Plans page.
⚠️ If your plan expires or you switch to a plan with a lower limit, products above the limit are temporarily hidden, starting with the most recently listed. Once you renew the plan, they appear in the catalogue again.
Step 1. Fill in your shop information
Open My shop → the Shop information tab. Buyers see this information on your shop page and on every product page.
Name and logo — taken from your account by default; you can change them.
Shop page address — short, in Latin letters, e.g. easy-web.io/market/shop/my-shop.
Seller type — private person, sole proprietor (FOP) or company.
Shop language — the language you write product descriptions in. Your product pages will appear on Google in this language.
Contacts and working hours — phone numbers, e-mail, address.
Delivery and payment — the methods the buyer chooses from and the terms (shipping times, who pays for delivery).
Returns and warranty — return terms are required.
Where to send orders — choose at least one destination: EasyWeb, Telegram or a connected CRM.
Documents — the privacy policy and user agreement from your landing page settings. Links to them are shown on every product page.
💡 You can't list products without the seller type, a phone number, delivery and payment methods and return terms — buyers need to know these before ordering.
Step 2. Prepare your products
The marketplace uses products from Landing pages → Products. If you don't have any yet, create them following the Products in EasyWeb guide. For the marketplace, a product should have:
a clear name with the product type, brand and model;
a price (and a discount, if you like);
at least 3 good photos;
a detailed description;
specifications: size, material, color, package contents, etc.;
variations if the product comes in sizes or colors.
Step 3. List the product on the marketplace
Open My shop → the All products tab.
On the product card, click List on the marketplace.
The product appears on the In the marketplace tab with the status Shown.
The status Under review means the automatic check found words in the text that need a moderator's attention. Once checked, the product appears in the catalogue. To take a product off sale, click Remove from sale.
Step 4. Design the product page
Click Product page on the card. Here you set up what the product itself doesn't have:
Marketplace category — without it the product won't appear in the right catalogue section or in search engines.
Sale timer next to the price — a countdown or an end date. When time runs out, the timer disappears and the old price is no longer shown.
Other products from the seller — which of your products to show alongside.
Product story — text like an article, with blocks: image, photo with text, gallery, YouTube video, FAQ, benefits, How to use steps, package contents, size table, highlighted block and timer.
⚠️ Links to other websites, e-mail addresses and @usernames are not allowed in the product story: buyers see all your contacts in the Seller block.
Getting on Google: page quality
Every card has a Page quality indicator. The product page is opened to search engines once all the items are done:
at least 3 photos;
a description of at least 600 characters — the product description and the page story are counted together;
a price;
a marketplace category;
at least one filled-in specification;
complete shop information.
Until all the conditions are met, the product is visible in the marketplace catalogue, but the page isn't indexed. A unique description in your own words helps the product rank higher in search.
How orders arrive
A buyer can place a quick order for one product or fill a cart with several. They enter their name, phone number, delivery method, address, quantity and variations, and optionally a comment and e-mail.
The order goes where you chose in the shop settings. In the Orders section its source is Marketplace.
Set up Telegram and CRMs with the guides for Telegram, LP-CRM, Key CRM, Sales Drive and 7Leads.
If the buyer entered an e-mail, they get a confirmation letter with a link to leave a review.
💡 Call the buyer back as soon as possible: an order confirmed within 5–10 minutes is much more likely to be collected.
Reviews and rating
Only a buyer who ordered the product can leave a review with a rating from 1 to 5 stars: from the same browser or via a personal link. To send the link, open a marketplace order in the Orders section and click Review link. Reviews are published at once, and the average rating is shown on product cards and on the shop page.
Promoting products
The Promotion button on a product card opens paid packages. The payment is taken from your internal balance; top it up with the Top up button in My shop.
TOP — the product is shown first in its category and on the marketplace home page with a TOP badge for the chosen number of days.
Bump — the product moves to the beginning of its category list.
Statistics
Every product card shows data for 30 days: views, Buy clicks, orders, conversion and rating. If there are many views but few orders, check the price, photos and description. If there are few views, choose a more precise category, expand the description and use promotion.
Marketplace rules
Before you start, read the marketplace rules. Weapons, prescription drugs, counterfeits, tobacco and alcohol products and other goods restricted by law may not be sold on the marketplace. Buyers can report a product or a seller, and a moderator can hide a product or block a shop for violations.
Questions and answers
Do I need a separate website or landing page?
No. Products in your account and complete shop information are enough for the marketplace. Landing pages and the marketplace work side by side without getting in each other's way.
Does EasyWeb take a commission on sales?
No. You use the marketplace within your plan and pay only for promotion if you decide to use it.
Can I sell as a private person?
Yes, choose the seller type Private person in the shop settings. Buyers see the seller type on the shop page.
How do I change the price or photos of a product on the marketplace?
Edit the product in Landing pages → Products or with the Edit product button in My shop. The changes appear on the marketplace automatically.
Why isn't my product on Google?
Check the Page quality indicator: all items must be done. After that, search engines need time to find and index the page — usually from a few days to a few weeks.
